The job description for this position is as follows:
The Spa Therapist should maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations. To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. To maintain the five star level of cleanliness required.
- The ideal candidate should be holder of certification in physical therapy or Spa treatments.
- With minimum of 1 year work experience as Therapist or Masseur
- Utilizes therapy techniques for guests overall relaxation
- Day to day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
- Responsible for keeping up the high standard of treatment and service.
- To always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
- Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times.
- Should have excellent guest relation skills
- Well-groomed appearance
- Hotel experience is beneficial
