Staff of Severin Sea Lodge**** awarded at the National Tourism Competition PDF
Sundern, June 2011 - Several staff members of Severin Sea Lodge participated at the National Tourism Competition at Kenya Utalii College in Nairobi on 3rd June 2011. The participants came from all over the country and had to compete in regional competitions before being nominated for the finals.
Severin Sea Lodge was represented in 4 categories: Waiters, Cook's International Cuisine, Laundry & Dry Cleaning Attendants and Housekeeping Supervision. 25 competitors participated in the waiters' category, and our employee Oscar Simba was awarded second best
among those. Ronald Ogumbo achieved position 8 in the
contest.
Adlaide Lipuku was awarded third best among 18 participants in the Housekeeping Supervision, even though she competed there for the first time.
