Incentive journeys
One variation of an incentive journey
(One week) could be as follows:
The group is met at Mombasa airport by the service team and made welcome with a drink (champagne, fruit juice, coffee or tea) and with crunchy croissants, canapés or samosas. Refreshingly chilled cloths are distributed as well. After that the group continues to the hotel where a room has been prepared for them so that all the check-in formalities can be carried out in a pleasant atmosphere or the guide can present the exact sequence in the programme. After having checked-in the first day is free for everybody to do what they want (in order to get slowly acclimatised).
In the evening of the day you arrive the group is welcomed singularly with cocktails on the Johari Terrace (depending on the weather), and the entire Severin Sea Lodge team is presented, after which the dinner is served on our stranded Imani Dhow. This restaurant is well-known for its fish and seafood dishes as well as typical international specialities (a 3/4-course meal can willingly be put toghether for you and suggestions about choices are at hand).
After about three days at Severin Sea Lodge we would recommend one of our safaris. The following possibilities are available:

In the hotel you receive a detailed description of the course of the programme, a prospectus as well as a CD. If wised an African buffet can be arranged exclusively for the group arround the campfire.
When the excursion Mombasa by Night (every evening apart from Sundays and Tuesdays) is booked the following is included:
The bus transfer from Severin Sea Lodge to the dhow mooring point, a romantic journey on a dhow along Mombasa Island coastline into the sunset, a walk through the old town, a 30 minute Sound & Light Show as well as a 4-course evening meal which is served in the inside courtyard of the fortress.
The Wasini Island Tour includes the journey from Mombasa to Shimona, where you sail with a dhow to the Kisite National Park. When swimming and snorkelling in the crystal-clear Indian Ocean you are confronted with extremely colourful fish, turtles, squids and rays - and with a bit of luck even dolphins. You fortify yourself for the afternoon with a delightful midday meal and on the way back to the hotel you visit a traditional Swahili village as well.
It is also possible to book a bush dinner under the motto »Out of Africa«. It takes place on our Seba (organic) Farm (about 30 minutes drive from the hotel) and includes the transfer and a round trip of the farm with explanations by the manager of our farm. With a traditi0nal sundowner you watch a spectacular sunset and finally you are served a typical African bush dinner (a BBQ).

Your are collected from the hotel at 4:45pm and on a 20-minute journey are taken to Nguuni Sanctuary Park. Here our team awaits you and an evening full of unforgettable impressions is in store for you. Enjoy a glass of champagne and be witness to a spectacular sunset whilst giraffes, ostriches, antelopes and other wild animals come up close to you. Following this there is a culinary experience with delicious international dishes under Kenya's star-lit sky. Around 9pm you return to the hotel.
